Our teacher, Karen Simper, has been teaching her dynamic ‘Hatha’ flow yoga for five years. Karen’s classes are suitable for beginners & intermediates; she also offers one on one sessions for the more advanced.

Pilates helps you develop your core muscles & stability; you’ll find it excellent for improving your posture and for overall inner strength. Pilates classes are particularly valuable if you have a sedentary job or you want to make sure your body is fit for sports. |

teaching experience. You’ll have fun with Anita’s friendly approach & you’ll get fitter without even noticing.
Dance & Body: Conditioning Classes
Anita is also a qualified dance & fitness instructor. You’ll find her dance, body conditioning & aquaaerobics classes an easy way to improve your overall tone and fitness.

We provide a variety of rejuvenating Swedish & holistic massages as the perfect antidote to tired muscles and stress. One half hour session is inclusive - longer or additional treatments can be booked on site. |
