Our holidays are designed for people from all walks of life who are interested in a healthy lifestyle and want more from their holiday than simply lying on a beach.

CORE Programme - The following activities and classes are all included in your holiday price:

Daily yoga, and pilates classes, body conditioning, fitness, aerobics and aqua-aerobics classes, and a free massage.

Feel free to join in as much or as little as you like.

Yoga Classes

Karen Simper, our main yoga teacher has worked with us for four seasons now and her dynamic flow Hatha yoga classes receive great reviews every week. Karen's classes are designed to enhance strength and flexibility as well as bringing awareness to breathing which in turn focuses the mind.

Karen will be teaching classes for beginner level, improver level and some all level classes throughout the week. The classes are designed to be progressive and enable you to begin or continue a self practice once home.

Andrea Barra will also be offering a daily gentle hatha yoga based class. His classes will integrate the mind, body and breath through gentle yoga postures. The class will finish with the opportunity to explore some simple meditation techniques.

 

Pilates Classes

Pilates helps you develop your core muscles and stability; you'll find it excellent for improving your posture and for overall inner strength. Our Pilates teacher Martin offers mat based pilates classes. The classes are suitable for all levels from complete beginners to those hoping to further their practice.

Fitness Classes

Martin's classes are suitable for all levels from those who haven't done exercise for a long time to the regular gym enthusiast. He will be offering Aqua Aerobics, body balance and aerobics classes.

Aqua Aerobics

This is a great fun way to get back into fitness. It is a low impact activity with minimal stress to the joints as it is non weight bearing. The classes are undertaken in the pool to music.

Body Balancing

These classes are core strength and conditioning focused. They are Low impact and draw on pilates and yoga based exercises. A fun way to tone up and improve your core. Suitable for all levels of fitness.

Aerobics Classes

For those who want something a little more energetic. This is a fun higher impact class; designed to improve your aerobic fitness levels whist toning and conditioning the whole body.

Circuit Training, Fitness Walks & Runs

Outdoor based activities ...suitable for ALL levels of fitness!

Nutritional Advice

Andrea is a qualified Ayurvedic advisor and will give an informative chat at the start of the week to offer some nutritional advice for your holiday (but don't worry we won't be monitoring your diet or frowning if you fancy some ice cream!)

Indulge Yourself

We provide a variety of rejuvenating Swedish and holistic massages as the perfect antidote to tired muscles and stress. One half hour session is inclusive with your weekly package - longer or additional treatments can be booked on site.
